Entrepreneur by nature, Carolina began using WordPress in 2009 as a tool for lead generation and content blogging. What started as a hobby quickly evolved and, in 2017, she founded Techy.pt, her web development agency. Samuel is a Freelancer WordPress Engineer passionate about learning, collaborating and supporting WordPress fellows. Besides being part of the WordCamp Porto 2024 organizers team, Samuel is also joining us as a speaker to share his thoughts about Block Themes – the game changer in WordPress – exploring the standard set of conventions and the advantages we can have with this new way to build websites.
Rade is a WordPress enthusiast with 12 years of WordPress experience. In the last three years he has been working as team leader of the Frontend Development team at SpotHopper company. In this WordCamp Rade will share the knowledge that he and his team gathered in over 6 months using WordPress in Multisite mode, the pros and cons of this specific setup, and together we will try to answer the question – can we use WordPress as a SaaS?
