We are very excited to announce the first group of speakers for WordCamp Porto 2024, which takes place on May 17th and 18th at the Dr. António Cupertino de Miranda Foundation, next to the Parque da Cidade in Porto.
Ana joined the Doutor Finanças family in 2021 with the goal of making their WordPress portal a reference in Portugal for financial literacy. At WordCamp Porto 2024, Ana will talk about the evolution of this portal, with over 1.5 million sessions per month over its 10-year existence, and how this journey and the current redesign process have influenced the brand.
Cyrille first contact with WordPress was in Thailand where he worked for a web agency specialized on Joomla, Prestashop and WordPress. In March 2022 he joined WP Media which helped him to refocus on WordPress and deepen his knowledge about that technology. It allowed him to discover more advanced solutions to solve WordPress issues in the plugin development field. In this WordCamp, Cyrille will walk us through the importance of the automated tests but also the different traps that are on your way while writing tests and the solutions that could be used to tackle them.

Throughout his journey, Marcel has valued the challenge of developing complex, enterprise-level websites.
